What is the process for selling my car at home?

To sell your car at home, start by getting a valuation on our website. After receiving a valuation, you can either book an appointment online, contact your local branch, or reach out to our call center at (484) 519-2538. Agents are available 8 AM to 8 PM ET Monday to Friday and 8 AM to 7 PM ET on Saturday.

After booking your appointment, our team will reach out to confirm the pickup location, check you have all of the necessary paperwork, and answer any questions.

Upon arrival at your home, our mobile buyer will check the vehicle, verify documentation, and complete the sale. Selling your car takes about an hour, and there is no obligation to sell if you change your mind.

We have multiple payment options, including a corporate check, ACH / wire transfer, and instant transfer by Zelle.

Pick up will be completed by our transportation partner within 5 business days.
